I was very pleased with my experience with this company, from start to finish.
Mr. Singleton came out right away and looked at my roof. He was very informative and thorough. He discussed a few different options and told me the pros and cons of everything, and left the final decision on everything to me, without any pressure. He was available to work on my roof right away, but worked around my schedule easily and patiently. He came to check on things multiple times, and even did a walk around to inspect the job and cleanup after.
His crew did a great job. They got it done quickly and cleaned up very well. Out of a complete roof replacement, and tall grass from me needing to mow my yard, there were only a total of 5 nails left in the yard after the initial cleanup, and those 5 were found right away on his final walkthrough. Very few pieces of old roof were overlooked on cleanup and left behind. A little bit of overlook on the ground is to be expected, especially with taller grass. They did a wonderful cleanup job.
The roof looks great and I felt comfortable about the whole process the entire time.
